This is a 9-month program designed for CEOs, managers, team leaders, project coordinators, supervisors, business proprietors/entrepreneurs, practicing executives, and other professionals who are responsible for providing leadership, or who want to take up leadership roles in their careers or the larger society.

Objectives

This program provides students with a systematic and integrated response to organizational processes and imperatives relating to new concepts of leadership; the effective functioning of organizations; team-based approaches to leadership and mechanisms for assuring quality.

Program Information

The PGDL is a 30 credit hours program built around 9 months of coursework. During this period students are expected to complete 10 courses of 3 credit hours each.
